by Bill Bryson and one part had me a little perturbed...He travelled to Cologne and was complaining about how the plaza surrounding the cathedral was empty and cold and found it to be quite ugly (to sum it up briefly), but in Cologne's defense I must say - he should see it at Christmastime!
And he also said there was nothing too impressive about the cathedral itself - again - I disagree.
