This morning we ran 2 miles. It was nice and cool and not humid at all. And everything was going wrong: my calves siezed up, I couldn't get my breathing right, my shoe untied, when I finally did get my shoe re-tied it was too tight, my toes started to tingle, and I felt like I haven't been running for the past 10 weeks. To top it all off my entire body now feels like jello.
Oh yeah, and we have to run 2 and a half miles Thursday.
Jello's not neccessarily a bad thing is it?
